Sarah Wigington

Sarah is the founder of Fit 4 Life Pilates Studio. Sarah started her working life in corporate banking but after suffering a serious back injury started practicing Pilates to help her recover. She began her Pilates training with Michael King at the Pilates Institute in London and moved to Sydney in 2002 with her husband and 2 children continuing her education with STOTT PILATES in Sydney for both mat and Reformer. Sarah has been teaching for over 12 years.

Kirsty Abbott

Kirsty is a coastal girl , with a back ground In Hairdressing Which has taken her to overseas travels enjoys paddle boarding , surfing ,dancing , anything outdoors.
Pilates has been apart of her life for over 10 years bringing a happy balanced life . Enjoys the journey of making people feel and look good and achieving there goals.
Has been teaching for 3 years and loves every aspect of pilates always looking for new exciting things and challenges .

Carolina Delgado

Carolina is an experienced machine and mat Pilates teacher with internationally recognised qualifications having taught it in Australia, Germany and Spain for over 11 years. In her studies Carolina has been privileged to have been taught by the renowned Pilates educator Gideon Avrahami which has been a huge influence on her as a Pilates teacher. One of the great attributes of Pilates for Carolina is that a program can be designed to suit both men and women, irrespective of age and fitness level. Carolina is a strong believer in tailoring workouts to progressively deliver the many benefits that Pilates offer as a stand-alone fitness program or as a supplement to a person’s specific training for another activity. 

Kirsten Ball

A fresh but not a new face to the Pilates industry Kirsten began her Pilates journey 10 years ago managing a fitness studio for the Hilton in the Maldives. Sparking a love for travel she spent a further 5 years overseas teaching Pilates and scuba diving; living in Indonesia, Central America and Italy.

Kirsten’s completed qualifications include a Certificate 4 in Fitness and training & assessment, and Pilates qualifications with Pilates International, Art of Motion, Pilates Institute Australasia and Stott Pilates. She is a highly skilled and technical instructor also having completed Rehabilitation qualifications with Stott Pilates. Outside of Pilates Kirsten is an ecologist and will be taking on her PhD candidature later this year– so you can ask her about seagrass too!

Mickie du Boulay

With a professional dance and Group Fitness background Mickie has had extensive teaching experience in both Pilates and Fitness.

She is technical instructor with a lot of energy and a big personality to match.

Her classes fuse Pilates with Barre and Fitness moves, which she can modify to suit all levels.

Her classes are fun and dynamic and she hopes to inspire enjoyment of exercise through easy to follow instructions and plenty of encouragement.

Matwork focuses on improving deep core strength, endurance and control. Exercises are selected to challenge mobility and stabilization through the core and peripheral muscles while adding flexibility and suppleness to your body. Resistance props are incorporated to add variety and familiarity.

Suitable for all levels including prenatal.
