Sarah Wigington

Sarah is the founder of Fit 4 Life Pilates Studio. Sarah started her working life in corporate banking but after suffering a serious back injury started practicing Pilates to help her recover. She began her Pilates training with Michael King at the Pilates Institute in London and moved to Sydney in 2002 with her husband and 2 children continuing her education with STOTT PILATES in Sydney for both mat and Reformer. Sarah has been teaching for over 12 years.

Kirsten Ball

A fresh but not a new face to the Pilates industry Kirsten began her Pilates journey 10 years ago managing a fitness studio for the Hilton in the Maldives. Sparking a love for travel she spent a further 5 years overseas teaching Pilates and scuba diving; living in Indonesia, Central America and Italy.

Kirsten’s completed qualifications include a Certificate 4 in Fitness and training & assessment, and Pilates qualifications with Pilates International, Art of Motion, Pilates Institute Australasia and Stott Pilates. She is a highly skilled and technical instructor also having completed Rehabilitation qualifications with Stott Pilates. Outside of Pilates Kirsten is an ecologist and will be taking on her PhD candidature later this year– so you can ask her about seagrass too!

In this small group (maximum of 4 clients) you will utilise a variety of equipment including; Cadillac, Stability Chair, Ladder Barrel & Spine Corrector. This is a great class to keep your mind and body active; you will achieve results and be motivated by your teacher every step of the way. Our Equipment Pilates classes ensure careful individual supervision is maintained for each client, using specialised equipment.
Studio Pilates is ideal for rehab., pre & post natal, athletic conditioning or if you just want a change to your Pilates routine.
