Kirsten’s completed qualifications include a Certificate 4 in Fitness and training & assessment, and Pilates qualifications with Pilates International, Art of Motion, Pilates Institute Australasia and Stott Pilates. She is a highly skilled and technical instructor also having completed Rehabilitation qualifications with Stott Pilates. Outside of Pilates Kirsten is an ecologist and will be taking on her PhD candidature later this year– so you can ask her about seagrass too!
