Katherine’s career in the fitness industry began after years of battling chronic illness and finally finding relief through exercise based rehabilitation. Her strive to overcome Chronic Fatigue Syndrome led her to completing training as a Pilates and Group Fitness Instructor in order to help others overcome obstacles in their own lives and become the best version of themselves.
Driven to learn more about rehabilitation she then went on to complete a degree in Exercise Physiology at the University of New South Wales.
