Sarah is the founder of Fit 4 Life Pilates Studio. Sarah started her working life in corporate banking but after suffering a serious back injury started practicing Pilates to help her recover. She began her Pilates training with Michael King at the Pilates Institute in London and moved to Sydney in 2002 with her husband and 2 children continuing her education with STOTT PILATES in Sydney for both mat and Reformer. Sarah has been teaching for over 12 years.

Matwork focuses on improving deep core strength, endurance and control. Exercises are selected to challenge mobility and stabilization through the core and peripheral muscles while adding flexibility and suppleness to your body. Resistance props are incorporated to add variety and familiarity.
Suitable for all levels including prenatal.
Core focused class that strengthens the entire body. We’ll challenge all the elements of Pilates including balance, flexibility and core strength. Modifications always offered to help you get the most out of every exercise.
Suitable for all levels however for complete beginners we recommend starting with Beginners Reformer
Cardio Tramp Reformer
A challenging Reformer workout that turns a standard Reformer session into a fat-burning machine. Get ready to increase the intensity of your regular workout by incorporating cardiovascular fitness movements using the Cardio-Tramp™ Rebounder. The trampoline-style board provides an additional cardio challenge to your Reformer workout. This will increase your performance and boost your stamina.
Open to all levels but we would advise attending a regular reformer class first
Pre & Postnatal Reformer
Fit4Life have designed a specific class to provide all the instruction you need to keep fit during and after your pregnancy. This class is open to both pre and post natal clients and will be a combination of Reformer and Mat Pilates.
Babies in pushchairs and car seats welcome. No walkers or crawlers.
