Carolina is an experienced machine and mat Pilates teacher with internationally recognised qualifications having taught it in Australia, Germany and Spain for over 11 years. In her studies Carolina has been privileged to have been taught by the renowned Pilates educator Gideon Avrahami which has been a huge influence on her as a Pilates teacher. One of the great attributes of Pilates for Carolina is that a program can be designed to suit both men and women, irrespective of age and fitness level. Carolina is a strong believer in tailoring workouts to progressively deliver the many benefits that Pilates offer as a stand-alone fitness program or as a supplement to a person’s specific training for another activity.

Core focused class that strengthens the entire body. We’ll challenge all the elements of Pilates including balance, flexibility and core strength. Modifications always offered to help you get the most out of every exercise.
Suitable for all levels however for complete beginners we recommend starting with Essential Reformer
Matwork focuses on improving deep core strength, endurance and control. Exercises are selected to challenge mobility and stabilization through the core and peripheral muscles while adding flexibility and suppleness to your body. Resistance props are incorporated to add variety and familiarity.
Suitable for all levels including prenatal.
This 60-minute Pilates class is a full body workout at a continuous, athletic pace for maximum results. Balance, endurance, strength, and coordination will be put to the test.
Intermediate and advanced Pilates students only. Not suitable for pregnant clients or those with injuries
