At Fit 4 Life Pilates we are all about hands on personal attention and there is no better way to experience this than through one of our private Pilates sessions.
We offer individual and duo sessions to fit into your life and our instructors are available 7 days a week, early till late. Private sessions are the perfect way to get to grips with the basics of Pilates, take your skills to the next level and respond to any rehabilitation needs or injuries. We make each session varied and challenging, with exercises to stimulate body and mind.
For best results, we recommend 2-3 sessions per week.
