Beginner Reformer - Our instructor will guide you through fundamental Pilates core building exercises and help you build a stronger foundation for long-term health. Essential Pilates will target the deep postural muscles and build strength from the inside out. This class will help you to develop core stability, bring balance to the body, support good postural, and build healthy bones.
Recommended for beginners and those with injuries prenatal and postnatal women
Intermediate Reformer. This 60-minute Pilates class is a full body workout at a continuous, athletic pace for maximum results. Balance, endurance, strength, and coordination will be put to the test.
Intermediate and advanced Pilates students only. Not suitable for pregnant clients or those with injuries.
Circuit Pilates. A Session combining all forms of Pilates including Reformer, Mat, Cardio Tramp and Studio Equipment Pilates. Space for 10 participants and includes a stretch session at the end.
Cardio Tramp Reformer. A challenging Reformer workout that turns a standard Reformer session into a fat-burning machine. Get ready to increase the intensity of your regular workout by incorporating cardiovascular fitness movements using the Cardio-Tramp™ Rebounder. The trampoline-style board provides an additional cardio challenge to your Reformer workout. This will increase your performance and boost your stamina.
Open to all levels but we would advise attending a regular reformer class first
